What working with us actually looks like.
Do you list everything, or only what you have verified?
Only what we have verified. Every property is visited and photographed before it goes on the register, so what you see online is what you walk into in person.
Will I be handed between different agents?
No. The same person takes you from first viewing to final signature. There is no call centre and no handover partway through.
Are prices negotiated privately, or stated up front?
Stated up front. Asking price, size and running costs are published before you enquire, and do not shift once you show interest.
Is documentation checked before or after I commit?
Before. Title, survey and approvals are reviewed before a property is offered, not after you have already fallen for it.
Will I feel pressured to decide quickly?
No. We would rather you view a property twice and be certain than sign once and have questions afterwards.
What if a property turns out not to be right for me?
We will say so directly, even if it costs us the sale. A property that does not suit what you told us you need is not one we will keep pushing.
