Appletop Properties is a real estate development and consulting practice working across Enugu, Lagos and Port Harcourt. We began from a simple observation, that most people buying or renting property in Nigeria are working with incomplete information, and decided to build a register where that is not true.
Every property we offer has been visited in person, photographed honestly and checked against its documentation before it goes on the register. Every price is stated in the open. Every enquiry reaches the same small team, not a call centre or a rotating cast of agents. It is a slower way to build a portfolio of listings, but it is the only way we are willing to work.

Transparency
Asking price, size, running costs and title status are published up front. Nothing is held back until you are in the room, and nothing changes once you are.
Integrity
We represent the property as it is, not as it photographs. If a listing has a problem, a shared boundary, an outstanding survey, a slow title, you hear it from us before you hear it from a lawyer.
Discretion
Executive relocations, institutional acquisitions and family transactions are handled quietly. Your enquiry is not shared, resold or used to generate more enquiries.
Diligence
Every property is visited and its documentation checked before it is offered. We would rather have five verified listings than fifty unverified ones.
